Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time because of unforeseen delays. Late deliveries are always a possibility, however, we will try our best to ensure all deliveries arrive on time. So, please, if you are ordering for a special occasion, place your order in time and send us a note with your  order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund or exchange..

However, refunds and exchanges are only issued during the 30 days following your purchase date.

If you desire to return a product purchased from us please use our Contact Us form and let us know why you wish to return your item(s). 

We will issue you a return authorization number, hereafter referred to an RMA number

We also recommend that you return your merchandise using return receipt. This ensures that we actually receive your merchandise. 
If you decide not to use return receipt we will not be held liable for your loss, nor will we be obligated to issue you a refund should the item(s) become lost in the mail.
